Claire Williams was born in Paris, France to a British father and a French mother on April 16th, 1964 and was raised in England. When she was twenty years old, she joined the Interpol. She later met IMF agent Jim Phelps and fell in love with him. They were married four years later and she left the Interpol, joining the IMF.
