Claire Phelps (neè Williams) was the wife of Jim Phelps. She was killed by Syndicate member Roderick Quinn, who posed as Phelps.

Biography

Early Life

Claire Williams was born in London, England on April 16th, 1964. When she was twenty years old, she joined the Interpol. She later met IMF agent James Phelps and fell in lpve with him. They were married four years later and she left the Interpol, joining the IMF.
