Cinnamon Carter was a fashion model and actress who was a member of the IMF. Her primary role, in her own words, was to "do what comes naturally." She acted as various characters required by the jobs, often distracting male enemies with her sultry looks and seductive manner. She was skilled in unarmed combat, capable of disabling men larger than her.

Appearance[]

Cinnamon is an attractive woman in her early 30’s, with shoulder length wavy hair. She is seen wearing tank tops and jeans, along with beautiful dresses, throughout the mission.

Relationships[]

Jim Phelps[]

Cinnamon and Jim get off to a rocky start, with Cinnamon questioning his ability as leader and his knowledge in the field. Cinnamon believes that she would have a much easier time using her skills in deception and seduction to get the information they need, as she believes that the men they are dealing with would be easily manipulated by her, leading the two of them to butt-heads. However as the mission goes on, Cinnamon realises the extent of Jim’s intelligence and skill, and admires his well thought out plans. He gains her respect and trust, leading them to a tentative friendship.

Josephine Dunn[]

Although they are on opposing sides they both understand the idea of using your own assets and not trusting anyone else to get the job done. They come to a mutual understanding that they are both cut from the same cloth, allowing Josephine to trick Cinnamon into mistrusting Jim and allowing her to escape.

During the course of the mission the chemistry between Cinnamon and Josephine is misinterpreted by Jim as the two women competing for his affection.

At the end of the mission when Cinnamon and Josephine’s mutual attraction is revealed, Jim is the only one surprised.

Barney Collier[]

Cinnamon had a rocky start with the team as a whole, but Cinnamon and Barney were quick to bond over their joint interest in disguise and concealment of oneself, devices, and weapons, especially through clothing and fashion. Throughout the mission Barney is usually the one to break off the arguments between Cinnamon and Jim; and although they were fast friends, a rift remains between them due to Barney's loyalty to Jim.

Rollin Hand[]

Cinnamon dislikes Rollin due to his cocky nature and know-it-all attitude, along with his constant belittling of Barney. Cinnamon doesn’t trust Rollin but agrees that he is necessary to the mission, and she tries to find ways of not being alone with him, choosing to team up with Barney when possible.
